The Offering

Investor 1st Fund, LLC (the “Fund”) seeks to capitalize on distressed and undervalued single-family (SFR's), multi-family and commercial real estate assets. The Fund is targeting up to $10 million in capital investments to acquire, reposition, manage, operate and dispose of such assets. The Fund will target these types of assets to increase their after repair value (ARV) and cash-flow. The Fund may obtain debt financing to acquire the real estate assets, in hopes of improving the overall return for investors. Although the Fund will primarily target A, B & C class assets in portions of the Central and Southeastern United States, the Fund may also invest in other real estate backed investments.
